About
A Recognition
Built on Real Workplace Experience
Happy Place To Work Certification is a credibility-backed recognition awarded to organizations that consistently foster psychological safety, transparency, and positive workplace culture.
This certification is not based on perception alone — it is driven by structured employee feedback through our proprietary Grapevine Check System, which measures real-time workplace sentiment across departments and at the organizational level. All surveys conducted under this system are strictly anonymous, ensuring employees can share honest feedback without hesitation or fear of identification.
